1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InsureEscrow protocol, smart contracts, and web interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. InsureEscrow operates strictly as a non-custodial software provider.
2. Non-Custodial Nature
InsureEscrow provides a decentralized escrow mechanism via Ethereum smart contracts. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or cryptocurrency.
- Transactions are executed exactly as coded in the smart contract.
- You are entirely responsible for the security of your Web3 wallet.
- Gas fees required for network transactions are independent of InsureEscrow fees.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, funds will remain locked in the cryptographic escrow until a resolution is reached. InsureEscrow provides a human arbitration service strictly limited to reviewing evidence and routing funds. By initiating an escrow, you agree to abide by the irreversible decision of the arbiter.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSUREESCROW, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. SMART CONTRACTS CARRY INHERENT RISK. USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
