Our Privacy Promise
At InsureEscrow, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. As a Web3 protocol, we minimize data collection by design. We do not track you, we do not profile you, and we definitely do not sell your data.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
To use the InsureEscrow platform, you are not required to provide any personally identifiable information (PII). We explicitly **do not** collect:
- Names, physical addresses, or phone numbers.
- Browser fingerprints or highly specific device identifiers.
- Financial data (credit cards, bank accounts).
2. Data We Process (On-Chain)
Due to the nature of blockchain technology, certain data is permanently and publicly stored on the Ethereum network. This is beyond our control and forms the consensus mechanisms of Web3. This includes:
- Your public wallet address (e.g., `0x123...`).
- Transaction hashes, timestamps, and contract interactions.
- Token transfer amounts.
Note: Using a fresh wallet or a mixer for transactions can help preserve your anonymity on the public ledger.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on enterprise-grade infrastructure providers like Alchemy/Infura for blockchain read/write layers, and Vercel for hosting our static front-end. These services may collect standard server logs (like anonymized IP addresses) purely for DDoS protection and service reliability.
